This was my first time visiting Beaute concept and the whole experience was a 5/5. The technician Johansberg was very friendly, patient, and answered any questions I had about the laser hair removal process. For a new patient and someone to now to the whole process, she really made me feel at ease and assured me every step of the way that it will be worth it when I see the final result after 2 sessions.

I had an amazing experience the staff are friendly and very welcoming😊 it was my first time aT their clinic I had an appointment with Dr Roula 🥰 a very talented dermatologist, professional, courteous , Honest and straightforward I felt in a good hands 😍 and indeed it was the results are stunning I couldn’t be happier ❤️

Dr Manal talked through in detail the treatment that I would be having and the benefits that it would have. Each product and tool was also shown to me through each step of the process. Then a lovely relaxing face massage. Aftercare was also explained to me as well. The full experience was a pleasure and I would go again and recommend.

I am grateful to Dr. Fedia for the wonderful hydrafacial experience. My skin felt so much more clearer and amazing. And thank you to the friendly receptionists for their professionalism. I really enjoyed my hydra facial and it’s just a great place to come to! Highly recommend!
