Today was my first visit at the sanctuary. It was very clean and such a welcoming environment. I experienced a session of tension release exercise. I learnt so much during this session and as a result I felt clear in my mind. The process enabled me to release tension from my body. Then I had a session in the infrared light sauna. It was very relaxing and my aches and pains (particularly in my lower back) disappeared. I would highly recommend the sanctuary to all and will return myself.

The Essentia Wellbeing Center provided me with an incredible healing experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt a powerful positive energy and connection with the staff and other participants. The people I met were vibrating at very high frequencies and I truly resonated with them. This was hands down the best healing journey I have ever been on. I highly recommend the Essentia Wellbeing Center to anyone seeking a transformative experience.
