Today was my first visit at the sanctuary. It was very clean and such a welcoming environment. I experienced a session of tension release exercise. I learnt so much during this session and as a result I felt clear in my mind. The process enabled me to release tension from my body. Then I had a session in the infrared light sauna. It was very relaxing and my aches and pains (particularly in my lower back) disappeared. I would highly recommend the sanctuary to all and will return myself.

Domingo is a real expert, with absolute magic in her hands!
