concerning my experience with Prime Hospital, it was very good. But i couldn't understand the delay of some approvals from the insurance company. instead of making all my blood tests a once, i had to wait for the approval to visit the hospital more than one time. Thank you.

Never got service on time. Always keep waiting for not less than 20-30 minutes, even though appointments prearranged. And no one will come to update you. You just keep waiting.

Al Nadah pharmacy promised to deliver my BP medicine today itself. I told them I had run out of it because of the floods. They promised but at night, when they had not yet delivered, we contacted them again. The comment was that since draining was going on, the authority did did not allow the person t ol come to the road. This is utter nonsense as all vehicles big and small are on the road. And on top of that, they failed t ok let us know and kept us waiting. Extremely irresponsible they are. Now we have to find a pharmacy late at night.
