Thank you so much to everybody at Harley Street Medical Centre for making it the most trustworthy medical centre in Abu Dhabi for me, especially the friendliness of the staff and desire to help as much as possible.

My son was treated by MS. NEHA. A root canal tretament was performed and during the firts visit local gum anesthesia was done and my son quietly sat through all the procedure. During the next two session, Dr Neha refused to apply a local gum anesthesia and my son could not bear the pain, especially when the doctor worked inside the root canal. My son came prepared and showed verbal excitement to be on the doctor seat, he sat quitly until she started working inside the canal. Nothing was done to even acknowledge or proceed on reducing his pain causing a long lasting trauma and scarce to my son, most probably he will never visit a dentist again. Therefor the procedure could not be finalized and my son was sent home without having the root canal filled and covered with treatment, contaminated root canal and exposed to bacteria, covered with a piece of cotton and a temporary filling only.
