I found Dr Ian Loke very caring and very competent. He explained my situation with great care and attention answering all my points. I have full confidence in him, and would strongly recommend him.

Dr Lokes has been involved for two years now as my mother's consultant who is elderly and disabled. She has found him to be professional, helpful and caring in managing her severe heart and kidney functions. She has commented this type of care has not been provided in her previous experience or her own GP. She feels she is treated with dignity, respect and listened also heard. His approached is person centred taking into consideration the views of others and the complex systems - Social Care GP etc. As her son and next of kin - Dr Lokes has been always been open to questions from the family addressing any concerns by providing information and guidance in terminology both both my mother and I can comprehend. Not just medical jargon ! He is empathic and caring in is approach. I am a professional in the field of Safequarding, commissioning and inspecting. I have sometime raised challenging issue but I feel he has managed professionally and reassured our concern positively and constructively. I have genuine respect for him in his professional capacity. I have found him to be prompt with the actions and follow up with my mother's GP and other relevant professional.

From personal experience I cannot commend Dr Loke highly enough. His knowledge and ability to explain medical matters in an simple and understanding manner ensures that patients gain a great deal of confidence which helps in their overall decision making process.
