We saw Dr Iyer today with our 6 week old baby boy Connor. Dr Iyer was amazing with Connor and interacted with him as well as speaking to us which was lovely to see as other doctors we have seen just carry out their examinations and don't speak or interact with Connor at all, which paid off as he wasn't crying today! Dr Iyer answered all of our concerns and questions and gave us detailed answers which is what we wanted from the appointment. Our minds have been put at rest with regards to Connors health and Dr Iyer has told us what we need to look out for with regards to any future concerns. He was very helpful and professional and answrred all of our questions and checked over Connor thoroughly. Thankyou!

GOOD PERSON

Being first time parents, it can be quite daunting especially when one is unaware of why the child is unwell. My 8 weeks old baby was suffering from constant reflux and barely slept through the nights. He would always throw up, grunt, growl cry in pain after every feed. We went to our GP thrice but every-time we went we were sent back saying “ oh it’s common in infants as their digestive system is developing now”. I knew from day one that it is not normal no matter how common it can be. Finally I did my research and went for a private consultation - DR Iyer at MUMs. He is a blessing for Pediatrics medicine. He gave us the exact diagnosis - my son has acute cow milk protein allergy, explained to us the what why how when and where of this allergy, what needs to be done to cure this, etc everything in details in a very methodical manner. What further impressed us about this doctor is that he would always call back instead of writing an email, whenever I called the centre with a query or concern. He left no stone untouched to help us feel at ease and have the confidence that our son will recover, and now in 2 weeks time, already he is showing good signs of improvement. Dr Iyer thank you for everything as we can finally see our little baby settling in and smiling, I am finally able to do tummy time with him 😊. We are still behind in the road to recovery but at least we did have a start and are no longer unaware of what’s happening. I recommend dr Iyer for every child because it’s worth it, and you will be the happiest parents as your child will always be in safe hands. Regards, Muazz’s mom
