My experience with Simon was first rate. He saw me promptly, afforded me a considerable amount of time and was very thorough in his diagnosis and explanation of my symptoms. He organised follow up scans and referrals and I felt I was getting the best possible care.

What a wonderful consultation! Mr Tilley is so understanding, he lets you talk and listens so well (which is not always the case with surgeons!). The examination was very thorough and he got straight to the problem, which he was able to explain clearly in a way I could really understand and then discussed all the possible options with me so I felt completely in control and dispelled any worries i had before the consultation. Mr Tilley and his team are brilliant and I would recommend having knee replacements in a heart beat. I was quite young to have knees replaced (50 left 52 right)but am so glad I did. The grinding pain I had constantly is now just a memory. I was up and walking the next morning and back to the gym within weeks. My left knee was done traditionally and my right was done robotically assisted. I am amazed with the outcome of both but personally felt the robot assisted is best. Every aspect of my experiences with Mr Tilley has been exceptional. The follow up care is fantastic and you know that he really does care! If you are in any doubt whether to go ahead with surgery do not hesitate best decision I ever made!
