Vanessa gave me the appropriate blood tests and talked me through my medical worries with patience and empathy and put me at ease with the most wonderful bedside manner. Within a short time I have had all my blood results emailed with a follow up letter and a course of treatment. 3 months of worries sorted ... shouldn't have put off going ... very happy to return for my follow up appointment in 2 weeks.
