Miss Khanam came to see me and ensured I was fully aware of what the operation entailed , During the 90 minutes in theatre she reassured me as to how it was going and I felt calm throughout. Miss Khanam visited me on the ward to tell me the operation had gone well and to give me post op instructions and follow up . She was friendly and approachable .
