Thank you very much for your kindness and understanding when I attended my first appointment for the removal of wax from both my ears. I was very concerned about my hearing and the fact that the syringing I had before coming to Holly House had not worked. You were very reassuring when the wax in the right ear proved extremely difficult to remove. Several times you had to stop the suction to put in more drops to try and get behind the wax, and you also said several times that I should ask you to stop if it became too much, which of course I didn’t say, since I did not want to give up. I felt total confidence in your expertise and that I had come to the right specialist. I really appreciated how hard you tried until we agreed that I really had enough and that I would come back. It was such a relief yesterday when the wax came out in three large lumps and to be able to hear again. You are an excellent doctor and I am appreciative of the help I have received from you.
