Very good overall experience

Excellent at listening and then explaining his conclusions - instils confidence in his expertise and experience. My only criticism is his time-keeping for in-person consultations. He books too many clients in too short a time and as a result I was left waiting for well over an hour for my first appointment so I did my follow-up by phone in order not to be inconvenienced. There really is no excuse for this and unfortunately marred my otherwise excellent experience.
