Professor Whiteley is a renowned World leader in vein research and treatments. He is extremely knowledgeable, very jovial and a wonderful raconteur. He puts you at ease immediately and you know you’re in good hands.I have had several varicose vein procedures prior to coming to this clinic,none of which were particularly successful. He explained that my previous treatments were” of their time” but had not addressed the problem. Thankfully the current treatments I am receiving will rectify this and I am very pleased with the results so far.

Professor Whiteley is quite unlike any consultant I have ever met. Although the knowledge differential between clinician and patient is vast, he never patronises. He explains everything clearly, at whatever level you choose, and is eager to enter into proper discussion about the procedures he undertakes. His manner with his patients is friendly and welcoming, designed to put you at your ease and his excellent relationships with his colleagues evident at every interaction.
