Professor Payne managed to make me feel relaxed, She was reassuring in her manner and it was very clear that she really knew her subject. She used models to ensure I was clear in what the cancer was, where it was and how it would affect me. She also clarified how the treatment worked, which until I spoke with her had not been fully explained (by my local health service). Hers was a second opinion to give me reassurance and understanding of my cancer and treatment and it really was money well spent. Thank you Professor Payne, I appreciate the consultation with you.
