Great, very professional. Whilst appointment started 10 minutes late, very efficient consultation, immediate x-ray followed by a very clear explanation of the results as well the followup treatment - all within around 30 minutes.

Mr Craig was very welcoming and quickly validated my reasons for the review appointment. He answered my questions in layman’s terms, which meant that I could access the information he gave me. Mr Craig listened patiently and outlined options for me in response to my queries. I left my appointment feeling that I had been heard and that I was a valued patient.

Mr white took everything I said into consideration, able to get follow up appointments rather quickly for the issue I have, however at present I do not feel the issue I have is resolved, hoping to come to find a way to fix the issue in further appointments
