Dr Niku has been incredible from the get go. Previously I had totally avoided the dentist and my dental health for 15 years due to panic attacks. The first time I met Dr Niku I was beyond nervous but as soon as I walked into his office he was warm, friendly and considerate. He took the time to listen to my 'story' and he immediately put me at ease. I've had many appointments since that visit and I actually look forward to them now! There was a time when I never thought I would be able to say that. Not only is Dr Niku's manner so warm and friendly, he is also incredibly skilled and I have always felt more than safe under his care and happy with the results. Dr Niku is honest and transparent, always talks me through a procedure and what to expect. Honestly words aren't enough to describe the amazing experience I've had with Dr Niku and this practice. Having recently changed dentist I was feeling a little bit anxious as I needed root canal treatment and crowns which I had never had done before. Niku instantly made me feel at ease with his very friendly and welcoming manner. With every visit Niku spent the time to explain what he was doing so I fully understood the procedure. I think this is the one thing that stood out for me as it instantly took away the unknown and worry of what was going to happen on each visit. He is always professional and it comes across that he really does have pride in the work that he does. After multiple visits I have finally finished my treatment and I couldn't be more please.
