I have always been extremely nervous about going to the dentist after several past experiences. Arun put the trust back into my experience. He is honest about the work that needs to be done but knowing how nervous I was he took it step by step to get me to the point I where I was able to have my first ever filling. I will be forever grateful to him for working with me like that and would follow him to any practice.

Dr Pal has been great with easing my worries, calming my nerves and explaining everything. I was a crying wreck when I first saw him but he has overseen all of my dentistry work over the last few years and I have no concerns with him doing work anymore. I am a very nervous patient and opted for conscious sedation. I went to my first appointment to have work completed under sedation and I can honestly it was amazing. I had worked myself up for nothing Arun and his colleagues put me at ease straight away and made me feel comfortable enough to start my process to a new smile I had the work done, do not remember anything and was ok after the procedure. If you are nervous this is the way to go. I would recommend visiting Arun at his practice and having a consultation to discuss your fears and how to proceed. The staff are so understanding as I felt silly being afraid of the dentist as an adult but had no one judge me just help me to not be afraid anymore I have more sessions booked in and will continue to get my dentistry work completed this way especially if you don’t remember after the treatment.
