Mrs Patil is simply world class. Without her knowledge, guidance, support, advice and expertise, we would not have such a happy and healthy 1 year old. During Finley's operation at five months old, which involved three surgeries at once, she was nothing short of incredible. Her genuine kindness went such a long way during such a scary time for us as a family, especially for me whilst being in London with Finley on my own during a global pandemic.
