I had a couple of friends who used this surgery a year ago and recommended dr Vishal to me so when I booked my date for my hair transplant I asked for him personally.when I turned up on the day of my procedure dr Vishal sat down with me and explained how he and his team would go about the process step by step putting me at ease because I was a little nervous,and I must say his team are very professional and friendly.so I would highly recommend anyone wanting a hair transplant to use hair growth centre you won’t be disappointed..

Very friendly, explains everything clearly and gives good after care

I went to hair growth clinic just over 2 weeks ago. So far I'm really happy with my results. It's been 17 days in total. All the scabs have now come off and I can see the new hair coming through. The day of the procedure was fine, staff were very friendly, and made me feel welcome and calm, it can be a stressful situation, but actually it was fine, I think I was more nervous to have my hair shaved off. I will write another review in 6 months and post more pictures. But so far I'm really happy with the whole process, the after care and the actual day of surgery, thanks to everyone involved.

My experience on the day overall was good. So far I’m happy with the transplant but at present I am only into the second day so will have to review again in a few months. The reason for giving 4 stars for my overall experience is that Doctor Vishal Nayak only performed the ‘channeling’ part of the procedure which is the part where he puts the incisions into your head. The rest of the procedure was carried out by 2 young girls who performed the injections, the extraction of follicles and also the implantation of the follicles, along with the Plasma injection. The reason for giving an average rating (3 stars) for bedside manner was because the two girls performing most of the surgery were talking to each other in their mother language during the whole procedure. This always makes me very uneasy as I cannot tell what is being said about what they are doing and also makes me believe they do not want me to know what is being said. I Gave 5 stars for explanation as Doctor Vishal Nayak explained everything in much detail and made sure I understood what to expect during the day.

I had my hair transplant 18months ago at the Romford branch with Dr. Vishal Nayak and his team. It has been a very warm experience right from the beginning. The staff were very welcoming and have been in constant touch since my surgery. All my queries and concerns were addressed. I am a hairstylist and a Salon owner in Brighton & Hove. My hair is a huge part of my identity, not just for me, but also my business. I have been thinking about a transplant for over 3 years, and was looking at travelling abroad. I have friends who have had it done and I have been very impressed. I was concerned about the travelling post transplant, but a friend had it done in the UK and it wasn’t much more in cost. I was recommended by a friend, to Dr Vishal Nayak at ‘The Hair Growth Centre’ in Romford Essex, after seeing his work I was blown away at the results, and every time I cut my friends hair, he always asked me why gave not booked it? I finally booked a consultation and made sure I was eligible for the transplant. The overall experience was great! It’s a full day, arriving at 8am. Dr Vishal made sure I was happy with the new hair line I requested, and I was given plenty of local anaesthetic , the team Dency & Elena, went to work on harvesting my hair ready for the transplant. This is the most time consuming part of the day. Lunch was provided and afterwards the transplant was completed. I also opted for a PRP treatment to optimise the result of the treatment, which I highly recommend. I was finished by 3:30pm. After a post op review I was picked up and driven home by my husband, and was so grateful to be home in my own bed, ready for my recovery. I was really diligent with keeping my head hydrated and clean, I made sure I had plenty of clean living to make sure my healing process was given all possibilities of success. Smita from the clinic has kept in Contact since the transplant. and has answered any question I had, from redness to when I can colour my hair again. I am extremely happy with the final result, and can’t wait for my hair to grow longer. When I look back, I wonder why I delayed the treatment. I highly recommend having a transplant to anyone who is considering having it done. My confidence has improved, and it’s incredible how it changes your face, it has in no doubt, made me look younger by re framing my face. I think for the cost and to have it done in the UK, it’s a no brainer!
