Dr Niyak was incredibly professional and considerate. I came from overseas on recommendation for Dr Niyak's services from a friend, who also received a transplant. His results were so incredible that I was incredulous that he had even had a procedure done. After seeing the before photos and the results of my friend's operation in person, I was sold. I reached out to Dr. Niyak for a consultation, which he swiftly followed up with me on. After making the choice, I booked my trip, came to the clinic, and met with Dr. Niyak. His team was courteous and professional, making sure that I was comfortable at all times throughout the procedure. The procedure took approximately 8 hours, the only pain occurring from sitting still for that long in the operation chair. I was able to jam my tunes and then Dr Niyak came in, reaffirming the hairline I was looking for, drew it out, made the necessary adjustments and then began the implanting. Like most cosmetic surgery, the initial results are hard to come to terms with, there is discomfort involved in the very initial stages of the healing process. I would strongly advise having at least a full two weeks planned away from work. I have just now reached the 6 month mark in the healing process, and after the initial shedding process which occurred at about 4 months, A HUGE growth spurt began, and I was able to go out hatless and without any self-consciousness. I honestly cannot believe how amazing I look and feel, I have more hair now than I did even as a teenager. I get compliments on the fullness and healthy look of it, and I love running my fingers through my hairline all the time now. Please, if you're considering getting it done, just do it! It is so worth it, and I can't recommend the Romford Hair Clinic and Dr Vishal Niyak's team enough.
