My experience having Dr Waterhouse as my surgeon is more than I could ever have wished for! I was so nervous but from the moment I met Waterhouse I knew I was in the best hands. He put me totally at ease and my whole journey of breast augmentation from start to finish has been so enjoyable and smooth. He has really looked after me along with his lovely secretary, anaesthetist and team of nurses I cannot thank him enough!!

From the first consultation my experience with Mr Waterhouse has been excellent. He made me feel relaxed and confident, pointing out all the parts of my face I felt needed work without any prompting, and giving me an honest, and very positive assessment as to what he would be able to achieve with a Facelift and brow lift, answering every question I had and managing my expectations. The pre-op follow up care was excellent, with a full medical evaluation at the Wellington Hospital a week before my operation, which was reassuring and professional. The operation was performed at The Wellington Hospital in St John’s Wood, London. High standard care was given 24/7 by all the staff, and the food was excellent. The anaesthetist was wonderfully reassuring, so with Mr Waterhouse at the helm, and a good anaesthetist, I felt in very safe hands. The procedure seemed to be over very quickly - but actually took few hours. Mr Waterhouse came to see me as I rested in my luxury private room, to let me know that the operation had been very successful and explain the work he had carried out and the recovery process. Throughout the procedure I have been pain-free, with minimal discomfort. His work included inserting a large web of stitches around my cheeks to hold the newly-positioned muscles in place, and he explained that although they looked drastic, they would be out in a couple of days and there would be no scarring. This pioneering procedure prevents his patients need for a large bandage around the head to hold everything in place, and is very effective. I returned home to Yorkshire to convalesce. I looked bruised and swollen for a couple of weeks, but felt I could go out in public in the third week. The result of my Facelift was amazing! Much better than I imagined, and well worth the effort (and the money). I have had many compliments from friends and family - from those who knew to people who didn’t. As the weeks and months pass it just gets better and better. I have kept my body in shape with exercise and good diet, and now I feel I have a young face match and to balance up an overall younger look. I am 66 years old and never thought I could look this good at my age! And looking good makes me feel great! I have had a couple of follow-ups with Mr Waterhouse and really feel he is interested in seeing how I am getting on, I can tell that he is as delighted as I am with the results of his work. I have already recommended him to friends and give him a definite 5-star rating. He made me feel safe and confident throughout the experience. A huge thank you Mr Waterhouse!

Mr Waterhouse is so much more than an excellent surgeon. I have had two major procedures with him and I couldn’t be more pleased. He looks at you with such an objective and discerning eye and seems to miraculously know exactly how to make the most effective impact. He’s a real artist. It’s what makes him the best.

I have had treatment with Mr Waterhouse over a period of about eighteen years. His work has always been of the highest quality and I have always been really happy with the results. Most recently I had a full face and neck lift and am recovering well with excellent results. His techniques and skill assured a natural result with no complications.

I had a very positive experience with his gliding brow lift, having tried everything to lift a drooping eyelid over the years without success. This was my last throw of the dice, and my expectations were low. Norman Waterhouse is approachable and charming. He warned me that given all the other things I had tried without success, there was a possibility that it might not work but he felt there was a good chance of success. For this operation, an overnight stay at the hospital is necessary. When I woke from the operation, it was uncomfortable as my eye could not quite close which is uncomfortable and I didn't sleep much that night, but Norman and the nurses were wonderfully kind and reassuring which helped see me through. The eye took about a week to settle and then I was able to close it. The results are phenomenal, my eyebrows are equal and my eyes are more open, it makes me look happier and brighter. The great thing about this procedure is that it doesn't leave a scar. I would recommend this procedure with Norman Waterhouse to anyone with drooping eyelids, he really knows what he is doing.

After much deliberation I entered into the minefield of choosing a suitable cosmetic surgeon for advice and guidance on a lower facelift. I was adamant that I wanted an effective but subtle procedure…. But wasn’t sure that could be achieved. My initial consultation with Mr Waterhouse was positive, and I immediately felt assured that he completely understood and agreed with the outcome I wanted. I returned for a further appointment and booked my procedure. My family were uncertain, and concerned that my procedure would look ‘obvious’ however in October this year I went ahead and had my lower facelift. The procedure was surprisingly relatively painless, some slight discomfort for the first few days, however very little bruising! I am now 5 weeks on from my surgery, and am completely over the moon with the outcome. Mr Waterhouse has surpassed my expectations! I look fresher, less tired and dare I say younger, without looking like I’ve had surgery. I really can’t recommend Mr Waterhouse and his team enough. Thank you!
