Mr Waterhouse is a brilliant. There’s really no other way of saying this. The whole process from start to now has been happy and easy; and I’ve never been happier with my face. I would not hesitate to recommend or promote this safe, experienced and talented pair of hands.

Mr Waterhouse was fantastic. From the start he was very open and explained everything available too me, making me feel very comfortable as well as heard about how personally felt i feel regarding the size and look of my breasts and body prepositions. I have a bilateral fat transfer to my breast using fat from my inner knees and flanks. I am so happy with the results and glad i did not have breast implants after extensive conversation with Mr.Waterhouse regarding my options. Mr. Waterhouse saw me both before and after the procedure making sure i understood what the procedure entailed and the potential results. He also visited me afterwards to check how i was feeling, check the incisions sites and generally make sure i was ok. I had met with various people before choosing Mr.Waterhouse and, by a mile he was the person who treated me and spoke to me the best. 100% will i be going to him again if i wish to have any further procedures. I went to Mr Waterhouse as the lower half of my face and neck had gone very saggy which made me look tired, worn out and older than my years. I cannot praise this man enough for making a huge difference to my life as my mini facelift has transformed my face without looking “done”. I also feel more confident and my self esteem is soaring this 60 year old is ready to party.

After my first consultation with Mr Waterhouse, I did actually go see three others as I was initially put off by the haemostatic net facelift, but something pushed me to go and see Mr Waterhouse again for a second consult and then and there I felt this was the right choice. The operation itself went like a dream; the hospital was wonderful; I actually wished I could have stayed longer. Straight away, the results looked amazing. I truly wondered what had taken me so long to bite the bullet and do it. Although it hasn't all been plain sailing, the healing process is an absolute roller coaster with moods changing as often as my face, and I know I must have driven Mr Waterhouse potty at times... (Sorry) It's been just over five months now, and I'm so happy to say it finally seems to be settling down wonderfully. I had very deep work done to my chin/neck, so the swelling has been pretty bad, but I'm finally seeing the face that I saw in the first few weeks after surgery before the healing process had actually even really began. I am thrilled with my lower face lift and buccal fat removal with Mr Waterhouse, the results look natural and the whole experience has been a very positive and rewarding one. Over the last 10 years I had the occasional treatment with hyaluronic filler to add volume around the cheek area and try and lift the face and was happy that it was keeping age at bay. However, my aging accelerated when I hit my early 50’s and I noticed my jawline was becoming loose and jowly. I booked a consultation to have some cheek filler with Mr Waterhouse, but he explained more filler would just make my face look rounder and wouldn’t do anything to lift the face in particular the jowls. I’ve been a patient of Mr Waterhouse’s for 10 years and have only ever known him to err on the side of caution. He has a very measured and careful approach and has never encouraged a surgical solution over a more non-invasive one, if it would produce the desired result. So when he explained that a mini lower facelift would restore youth and balance back to my face I didn’t hesitate as I could see my jowls were really aging me. He also explained that I had some herniated buccal fat in my cheeks which when removed would give a much better facelift result. I had my surgery two months later and I am thrilled with the results. The operation took three hours and I experienced minimal bruising and swelling. I experienced some pain around my ears at night where the incisions were made, and my cheeks felt quite numb. My face and neck felt quite tight, but after about 2 weeks the tightness began to ease. The overall experience was much better than I’d imagined, I thought I would look very bruised and beaten-up post-surgery, but it was quite the opposite. I am now 10 weeks post-surgery, and my face looks great, at least 10 years younger and most importantly natural and not in any way “done”. I no longer have a square heavy jawline and the natural oval face of my youth has been restored and my cheekbones look amazing. My skin is prone to scarring but I’m delighted that Mr Waterhouse was so meticulous with the stitches and placed the incisions carefully in the ear folds so that the scars are now virtually invisible and easily covered up with a tiny amount of makeup. I didn’t tell any family or friends (apart from my partner who’s also thrilled) about my surgery and have only had positive comments like “you look great”, “have you lost weight?” I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mr Waterhouse, he and his team are the epitome of excellence, if you want a beautiful natural and balanced result, then he is the right surgeon.

I had been thinking about having a lower face lift/jaw lift for a while now - seeing my saggy jawline on Zoom after Zoom in lockdown really depressed me. It was one part of me that was very ageing. I don’t mind ageing but my saggy jaw was making look completely knackered. I researched the procedure and also the right surgeon for quite a while. I find some surgeons rude and arrogant (my brother in law is one!). Not so Mr Waterhouse. From the moment I met him (and I went back two more times to be absolutely sure - I did not rush in), Mr Waterhouse was kind, understanding, charming and filled me with confidence and hope. He managed my expectations and made me realise that a lower face lift could be a good option for me. Wow! Had I known sooner how INCREDIBLE the results would be, I would have booked in on the spot. I cannot begin to explain how superb the results are. My beloved husband laughs that he is now married to a younger model. It’s just so clever what Mr Waterhouse has achieved. I just look like a younger, fresher version of me with the lovely sharp jawline that I used to have. The saggy jowls have gone and the scars are completely concealed. The few friends who know my secret are blown away and want Mr Waterhouse’s number, the ones who don’t keep telling me how ‘fresh and rested’ I look. If I could give Mr Waterhouse and his team a million stars it wouldn’t be enough. Karen is a total darling and the staff at the hospital were the kindest, sweetest team. I was looked after so well and would have happily stayed a few more nights! Honestly the entire experience for me has been just amazing. I’m blown away. I literally can’t stop smiling! My experience with Mr Waterhouse has always been excellent. I have always felt like he has my best interests at heart. I feel comfortable talking to him, and i feel like he listens to what I want and need. And importantly, I have only ever been delighted with the results.

I don’t usually leave reviews, however i feel it is important and helpful when making a big decisions as to what surgeon you should use. I would definitely recommend Mr Waterhouse, from my first consultation to the operation date he ensured everything ran smoothly. Mr Waterhouse asked me what i wanted to change and took everything i said into consideration whilst adding his own expertise. I couldn’t recommend a better surgeon and i am over satisfied with the end results!
