Dr Ugwumadu was a fabulous consultant with a wealth of knowledge along with a lovely informal manner. I received thorough investigation into all my symptoms and an excellent level of care.
I've suffered from terrible thrush symptoms for over 20 years which have severely impacted my life in many ways. Austin revealed to me I wasn't suffering from thrush at all, but CV. It turned out I had an overgrowth of lactobacillus in the most extreme form. But there was hope, ways to control it....so his diagnosis was life changing. He has a lovely caring manner, kind, with a sense of humour. He also seems to have a 'whole body' approach to medicine. He pointed out I might have a B12 deficiency. He was absolutely right, and addressing this problem has seen huge changes in my well being from my energy to my nerve tingles to my stomach acid problems. If I hadn't seen Austin, I would still be struggling.
You are so kind! Thank you!
We are very grateful for your care and support during our pregnancy to the birth. Thank you very much
After months of struggle with other doctors, Mr Ugwumadu was the only one that straight away identified what was wrong and that was able to help me. Through my treatment he was always very friendly and took time to listen to me and explain everything. I was very nervous at first but he was very patient and always explained what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend him, by far the best doctor I have ever come accross.
Dr Ugwumadu is a deeply knowlegable and committed practitioner. You are in safe hands!
Once again thank you for your excellent care of our much loved daughter
When meeting with Austin I felt that he very quickly understood my anxieties and tended to them effectively, warmly and with a real sense of care towards me. He is very professional and has a wonderful bedside manner. I feel very safe with him and trust him. He gives me a real sense of confidence that we will get to the root of my issues. I would recommend him (and do) highly.
Austin gave clear explanations, recommended relevant screening and was very approachable with a friendly manner and inspired confidence. I would not hesitate to recommend him or to see him again should the need arise.
Mr Ugwumadu is a truly outstanding doctor. I first visited him at Parkside hospital after the birth of my first child. He was so patient, and helpful and clear - and his diagnosis was not at all what I was expecting turned out to be absolutely spot on for me. He also recommended a great fertility doctor to me who we successfully used for our second pregnancy. He was so great, that I delivered my second baby at St George's hospital (not at all the nearest), just so I could be under his care. He's a very high ranking doctor there, so trying to get an appointment with him is a bit like trying to get an appointment with the Prime Minister. But every time I mentioned his name, there wasn't a single person who didn't sing his praises: every nurse who worked with him, every doctor who worked for him, every medical student who studied with him. To a person, every single person gushes about Austin. He is truly a rockstar. You'll be very very lucky to have his care.
Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Always made you feel comfortable.
Mr Austin Ugwumadu is great! Very professional, knowledgeable and has a very nice manor. I was made to feel very comfortable during all appointments. Highly recommend!
Dr Ugwumadu is one of the best doctors I’ve come across. Having been misdiagnosed and fobbed off for years by others he took the time to actually find out what was wrong with me and try to help. I’ve always felt very comfortable talking to him and his PA is lovely. He has your best interests at heart which is more than can be said for a number of Doctors in the private sector.
My experience with Dr Ugwumadu Was really very good. I felt at ease through out even though it was a first time meeting. He is a good listener and I never felt rushed at anytime during the appointment. Which is not very common these days. The follow up by his secretary Gail was excellent too. I would recommend Dr Ugwumadu any day knowing he has so many years of experience in his field. Is very intelligent and has a great sense of humour to go along with it. These are very useful traits in this field these days I believe. I was very happy with my appointment and follow up with Dr Ugwumadu.
Mr Ugwumadu is a brilliant doctor, that spent lots of time with me and my husband trying to find out and explain to us what is the best approach after a late miscarriage that I had. His experience was crucial and we finally made the correct decision as we now have a two years old son and expecting another one.
Dr Ugwumadu had the loveliest bedside manner. I can also honestly say that he has drastically changed the quality of my life. I suffered for years with an undiagnosed condition and was repeatedly fobbed off by the NHS Dr’s as they had no knowledge of the condition I was suffering from. I would highly recommend and I am eternally grateful for getting my life back.
I saw Dr. Ugwumadu for a post-natal check up in Wimbledon clinic. He was very professional, reassuring and thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
Mr Ugwumadu is a kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable doctor. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Ugwumadu is compassionate and detailed. He's very thorough with all the history before giving recommendations. He's by far the best gynaecologist I've seen. His clinic secretary is also very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
Thanks again for all your help and advice.
To dear Mr Ugwumadu, This is a very small way of expressing our complete and utter appreciation . and unlimited thanks for absolutely everything you have done to help us to get to this place in our lives. Truly, meeting you has been a sheer pleasure and you are an awe-inspiring gentleman, who is so hugely knowledgeable you were so easy to trust and believe in. Thank you is not enough just mere words but are said with such heartfelt gratitude lots of love.
Dear Mr Agwumadu, Thank you for saving my life and giving me a new lease to spend with my sons and husband. I am so grateful that you mentioned the prospect of a Hysterectomy well before the D-Day because I certainly wouldn't have had the mental strength to recover so well so quickly. I consider myself extremely lucky to have had you as my consultant ( one who can read his patients as people not a hospital number on a slab of meat) and apologise for giving you such trouble. You look like the type who can take on a challenge calmly and with decorum. I hope our paths will meet again under happier circumstances. Actually pain aside it was happy. My family and I remain forever grateful.
To Mr Ugwumadu, only god will bless you for what you have done for me. Thank you so much.
Dear Mr Ugwumadu, We would like to extend a belated Thank you for performing a successful operation on me, We just recently got married and contrary to our fears, I was able to walk down the aisle, no limping. All the best for the future.
