Ajay has helped me to cope with life's surprises and understand my own/other's needs better. I have always felt safe and able to express myself.

Therapy with Ajay has been a real exploration of my emotional capacity and allowed me to discover the depth I have in this area. It has been challenging, but very enlightening. The biggest take home fir me is the ability to explore my mind/emotions during our sessions and then feeling freer to explore these thoughts in between sessions without this feeling overwhelming. The chance to explore your thoughts on a regular basis is such a worthwhile process and it has led me to consider and take actions that have really helped me in my personal and professional lives.

For the last four years, I’ve found my sessions with Ajay to be at times uplifting, necessarily difficult at others and, overall, insightful. His manner, questions and understanding have helped to develop a trusting environment where I feel safe to discuss any issue.
Read moreIt was a very useful experience for deep self reflection. I came to Ajay quite distressed after a string of major life challenges: my divorce, my child's autism prognosis and glitches towards the end of my PhD programme. The process can be agonisingly slow and frustrating but Ajay was a good sounding board to work through a number long established issues. I feel he has helped me gain better insight into myself and how I approach certain challenges. I feel much more comfortable and self-aware. Therapy seems to have also augmented the way I approach relationships both at work and personally and has helped me gain clarity. I would recommend Ajay to anyone interested in doing some serious soul searching, without expecting easy, clear cut answers - those take work and major introspection - and that Ajay can certainly help with!
Read moreAjay helped me to explore my dreams and helped me to find meaning from them that held the key to some deeper emotions that I was not too aware of. By allowing myself to experience these emotions I was able to be released from their power and found myself capable of more compassion, empathy and patience in everyday life. I was able to make stronger boundaries between myself and my parents which helped me to release from some unhealthy patterns of behaviour that I had become to see as ‘normal’. Ajay remains completely neutral throughout, although it is clear that he feels great compassion for his patient. He will encourage us to discover meaning ourselves but will also offer an opinion when he feels it may be useful, but he does this sparingly. He was always comfortable with me experiencing powerful emotion. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable.

Ajay was very good at explaining things in a way which allowed me to make sense of my own feelings and thoughts in a natural way without being overbearing or jumping to answers. My experience has been incredibly helpful and has helped me to move forward.
Read moreI've had a really positive experience with Ajay. I started my sessions not really knowing what to expect from therapy, but found the format and pace of the conversation with Ajay comfortable and natural throughout. He's been great at guiding me to acknowledge thoughts and feelings that I've not otherwise been able to articulate ever before, which is immensely helpful. Would certainly recommend.
Read moreAjay was so kind and patient with me. He helped me to see patterns in my behaviour and understand them. He helped me to realise that I could change my behaviour and that was within my control. In his sessions, I was able to come to these realisations by myself and he shepherded me along the way. He made me feel safe enough to open up and talk about things I had never said out loud before. We built a huge amount of trust over the time we spent together. I gained so much from my time with Ajay and am so grateful to have found such a wonderful therapist.
Read moreI have found Ajay to be professional, polite and knowledgable. His insights have been beneficial and helpful.
