Mr Row provided good analysis of the problem, and gave recommendations. He showed empathy throughout.

I thought mr. Roe was excellent in his, manner, professionalism, explanation, and putting me at ease but when my hemmorhoids were banded it was extremely painful for 6 days - I had to eat only liquid food for those days which I wasn’t warned about - I don’t think this was normal and something to do with the bands being slightly mis placed

Re-assuring and very thorough. I suffered a lump on my groin which turned out to be a hernia. The operation was pretty standard in many ways, except for whatever reason, I needed a 2nd procedure not long after the first. I was well looked after and being curious, asked way too many questions ! He was very (extremely) patient with me and despite being in severe pain, never felt anything other than very confident with his approach. I have healed well - and the post operative care was exceptional - always re-assurring I would unhesitatingly recommend Dr Roe.
