Mr Parwez is an excellent surgeon and he was very good at personalising the experience for me. I am very grateful for his care and attention.

Mr Parwez was personable, professional and went the extra mile to answer my questions which helped my understanding and aided my recovery.

Dr Parwez was extremely affable and knowledgable in first diagnosing my groin injury and then subsequently providing clear guidance for rehabilitation and recovery. He took time to explain things fully, so I understood exactly what to expect in recovery and ongoing performance given the injury.

When I first met Mr Parwez I was impressed with his understanding of my problem and to in his opinion how best treated and in on looking back as the choice of consultant it was the best decision I made

From the beginning of my referral by my GP Mr Parwez was a most helpful and kind Consultant. His care for a patient was evident and despite the delay with my NHS operation to give me a partial replacement ( a delay caused by Covid and then an erratic ECG which necessitated an Angiogram) , he was patient and understanding. I was able to contact his Secretary to understand the delay and once things were cleared I was on his operation list as quickly as he could arrange for me as an NHS patient at The Spire, Harpenden. During my stay in the Spire he visited me twice and explained what he had done and showed me X-rays of the partial replacement. Mr Parwez answered all my questions and advise me on what would happen next during my recovery. My final session with him 6 weeks after the operation was about 30 minutes. As with all my appointments, they were not rushed and I felt confident and reassured. I can recommend Mr Parwez highly.

Mr Parwez is a delightfully pleasant surgeon. My total hip replacement op was carried out at the Spire Harpenden in August 2022. He and his team created a relaxing atmosphere and calm with background music which put me at ease completely. An excellent job done and I am enjoying a wonderful pain free existence. Well done!
