Mr Kheterpal is a keen observer and by watching his patients' reactions can work very precisely with them to manipulate the optimum outcome. He has an almost serene bedside manner, which goes a long way to calming any pre-procedure nerves, while at the same time exuding a reassuring degree of professionalism and attention to detail. I felt confident putting the future of my sight in his hands - and am grateful on a daily basis for what Mr Kheterpal and his team have achieved for me.

Mr Kheterpal takes care of every last detail before during and after surgery. He oozes professionalism, giving the patient complete confidence in all he does. Coupled with a very caring manner, this all made for a perfect choice for my eye surgery in respect of both eyes.

Mr Kheterpal gave excellent advice on the developing condition of my left eye cataract. At the appropriate time he recommended surgery, carried it out without causing any concern or discomfort on my part, and delivered a long and near vision exactly in line with his predictions. He has now treated both eyes for cataracts, with similar results. Although I have both near and far vision glasses, I am able, in my mid eighties, to do most things, including reading and driving without needing to use them.
