Very professional, clear, direct and assuring

Despite the problems of Covid, the initial consultations were by telephone and Mr. Ghosh explained in detail what was entailed and what would happen. On the day of the operation he visited me in my room and again explained what would be happening. After the operation he took time to see that I was alright and understood the next steps. On the following day he again visited to check on me and also spent time watching me walking and working with the Physio.

I feel he has given me my independence back as I was very incapacitated before my operation. Thanks to his skill I have hardly any scarring and so much more mobility.
