Mr McGimpsey was concerned to make me feel at ease and to ensure that I fully understood his questions. He carried out a detailed examination of my eyes and explained hat he was very satisfied with the result of the procedure. He also recommended a ‘moisturiser’ as there was a dryness in my left eye. I felt Mr McGimpsey was both methodical and professional when dealing with me and I quickly became confident in his ability to deal with my cataracts.

The cataract operation proved to be a success with excellent results. My eyesight is so good now with the toric lens. Mr McGimpsey told me he was happy with the surgery immediately after it so that was very reassuring.

Very friendly and explained every thing to me. He has a lovely personality.
