I was able to get an appointment with Mr Hornby at short notice and our initial phone call was in the evening, so his hours seem very flexible and convenient. Explanations were very clear and concise. He was also able to fit me in at very short notice for gallbladder removal, which was very much appreciated given the level of pain and discomfort I was in. The surgery went very smoothly and I healed very well and the scars were neat. The follow-up appointment occurred 7 weeks after the operation and was very thorough in terms of making sure the issues I had been having had cleared up and that my liver function test results had returned to almost normal levels. I would recommend Mr Hornby.
