The advice was clear and succinct. The only reason for not rating the overall experience as excellent was the delay in being admitted to the call.

Everything was explained fully and I was treated very well from start to finish.

Excellent results from surgery. Not even needing to take painkillers afterwards. This was despite my gall bladder removal being more complex than expected.

I hugely appreciated Mr Hornby's positivity and confidence. I felt very safe in his hands and his team! Everything went very well during and after my surgery.
