Reviews are anonymous so I do not know your clinical details to be able to respond in detail, nor would it be appropriate in a public forum. From the details you have given I organised a Short Synacthen Test which is the appropriate test to diagnose or exclude Addison’s disease or other causes of hypoadrenalism. I am sorry it took so long for the Chiltern to organise the test, if it was going to take that long they should have given you the option to come back on another occasion. The exact timings are not critical so hopefully the test will still answer the clinical question. I am sorry if I came across as dismissive, that was not my intent.
