Mr Shwetal called on time & he was polite & courteous & asked all the relevant questions.

I was nervous for my surgery and had an excessive amount of questions. He made me feel listened to and supported. My abdomen has healed well and the scars are barely visible (3/4weeks post-op). Would highly recommend.
