Mr El-Tawil was 40 minutes late for the appointment, but I guess that this is frequent at hospitals. His manner was friendly and his explanation of my condition, particularly looking at the x-rays, was excellent. I very much enjoyed the visit.

I can't express my thanks enough for the excellent care I received from Mr El-Tawil. At every consultation he was always very courteous and informative regarding my condition and the treatment I would be needing. I would also like to thank his PA Sam for keeping me informed of when I would be having surgery. I would be happy to recommend Mr El-Tawil and his team if you have any knee concerns.

Mr El-Tawil is a really wonderful surgeon. From the very first time I met him I felt that he understood my concerns about two knees requiring surgery and gave me confidence that I had the best doctor for the job. He has a wonderful manner and put me at my ease throughout. He explained the complexity of the left knee which was in a very bad state and when I saw him for the follow up appointment he was obviously delighted that I had such a good outcome from the operation. His attitude certainly gave me confidence to go ahead and have my right knee replaced too. I now have two good knees and cannot thank Mr El-Tawil enought for giving me back my life.
