Mr El-Hasani looked after me during an episode of illness and subsequent laparoscopic gall bladder removal. I found him very kind and helpful with an approachable manner. He was very patient in explaining both the condition and options for treatment. His confident manner, knowledge, experience and reassurance influenced my decision to go ahead with his treatment recommendation and I am now fully recovered. I had the operation as a day case and was able to return home within 5 hours of the operation with very minimal discomfort. Within 3 days I was able to return to my usual activities, including work. Overall, a positive experience which completely achieved the desired outcome as I have not experienced any further problems.
