I was very reassured after my consultation with Mr Ghali. He explained the procedure I was going to have , the after care required and obviously the risks with any surgery. All in a clear and concise manner . The consultation was followed up quickly With a letter confirming our conversation .

It was fantastic to have Mr Ghali as my surgeon; he was unfailingly kind, informative, and reassuring. He did a splendid job with the surgery, and was also good at keeping my mind off the procedure during it. The only suggestion I would make for improvement is that I think it would have been helpful to have more idea of what to expect in the weeks/months after the procedure, in terms of how the scar would look etc. But this is only minor. Overall, it was excellent, and I would want to have Mr Ghali again if I had any other procedures of this kind.

Mr Ghali explained the procedure clearly and succinctly before the operation and what to expect after the operation and how to get best value for money from using the hospital facilities. During the procedure he continually carefully explained what he was doing and what to expect and kept up an interesting conversation to take one's mind off what was happening. The operation stitching was done extremely neatly and as a result there is no lumpy scar tissue. I am extremely pleased with the results.

He is dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate doctor. He is the most caring doctors that I have ever known. I feel so blessed to know him and have him as my doctor.
