Helpful, clear, efficient. Mr Maskell has treated both of my children and put them at their ease when doing so. Highly recommend. He has excellent staff around him who are incredibly helpful too. They all go the extra mile.

I was met by a very friendly and personable man, who listened to my issues and explained what he would need to do in terms of an examination to investigate the cause. Dr Maskell subsequently performed a thorough examination followed by a detailed explanation of his findings. This was my first time visiting any doctor privately and I felt at ease, not rushed, not patronised, and confident that I was seeing the best person. If I have any other problems of my ears, nose, or throat in the future, I will be making an appointment to see Dr Maskell. I will also recommend him to my family & friends should they ever any problems in this field.

I took my 3 years old son to see Mr Maskell as he had a suspected ear infection. My son struggles to interact with strangers, especially Doctors. Mr Maskell instantly engaged with him and made him feel comfortable and even managed to let him look into his ear without fuss! He won't even let me, his own mother do that.
