Mr Phadnis is by far the most attentive doctor I have ever been to in my life. He is so incredibly kind and really prioritizes your health by thinking more long term. I am so pleased I found him as he has made this process a million times easier, and I feel so comfortable and confident in his expert hands. If I could give him more stars I would in a heartbeat.

Mr Phadnis is an excellent professional who is very knowledgable and engaged in the field he practises in. My experience with him was very positive. He would explain everything clearly to me, answer any questions I had patiently and provide appropriate advice on next steps. I was confident in Mr Phadnis’ advice and followed it without thinking twice. In addition, Mr Phadnis was compassionate and understanding which made me feel comfortable during my treatment. I would recommend him strongly to others.

My consultant was friendly and put me at ease. He explained the procedure clearly, along with any possible side effects. The surgery went really well and I have not had any pain or discomfort, therefore I believe he did a good job and I would recommend him to others.

He could not accurately assess what I had and by the end of the consultation left me convinced he hasn't seen this before. Furthermore, he tried to tell me there wasn't anything wrong it's just inflamed (for no obvious reason - that he could tell - because there were no other symptoms present). The letter I received did not accurately reflect what I told him and therefore confirmed to me that he wasn't actually listening. For the price tag of £280, this is unacceptable.
