Very easy explanation of the whole procedure start to discharge

Put me at ease and clear explanation

I recently had to have a sinus operation and this was my first experience in Holly house hospital, Buckhurst hill. Mr Samuel Jayaraj has been fantastic with my medical care, usually i get myself into such a state before any surgery but this was the first time I actually felt everything was going to be okay & i was going to be well looked after. They gave me amazing care and every member of staff who took care of me were so kind and reassuring. I would highly recommend Mr Samuel Jayaraj and his team. The room i was given was lovely & clean. I would like to thank every one of the staff that took the time to care for me & make me feel comfortable during my stay there.

Very professional, first class surgeon, takes into consideration how each of his patients feel, treats patients with severe anxiety, very calmly, puts your mind at rest. For me, I wasn't told the full extent of what the surgery entailed because of my anxiety. I am very grateful for that. Doesn't rush your appointment, though he is extremely busy. Also doesnt fob you off, tries different meds first, last resort is surgery. I'm very pleased and felt safe in Mr Jayaraj's hands. Highly recommend for ENT sufferers. Thank you very much Mr Jayaraj

Simply brilliant! Samuel explained everything clearly. Diagnosis, options, procedures and aftercare. After a not so great experience with a previous consultant Samual made me feel at ease and I had confidence in him to look after my little one. Would highly recommend.

Mr Jayaraj was really approachable and helpful in explaining the process and issues with my nose and sinuses that were causing me breathing difficulties.
