From my initial consultation with Richard to us coming to the conclusion that a shoulder replacement was necessary I was impressed with the efficiency of being able to have my operation when and where it would be convenient for me. Richard was particularly clear in explaining to me what would happen from admittance to hospital to my rehabilitation. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Mr Sinnerton explained to me in simple terms the problem with my shoulder and the recommended treatments. He also waited while I got permission from my Health provided to then fit me in to give me a steroid injection that same day.

Mr Sinnerton diagnosed my issue within minutes of me explaining my symptoms; something which had eluded others for nearly five years. His explanation of the problem, solution and recovery were clear and concise. I liked his direct approach, no-nonsense manner and his humour. I was expecting a steroid injection but Mr Sinnerton pushed me to have surgery which was absolutely the right thing. The x-ray and MRI totally missed a lump of calcium stuck in my shoulder muscle which Richard found and removed during surgery. His diagnosis of my arm after MRI was ‘manky’ which whilst informally fun, I need a slightly more medical explanation, which he provided admittedly. Arm recovering very quickly now and so glad I chose Richard.
