Mr Natt was very thorough in his examination of our son, explaining every step of his clinical assessment. We very much appreciated his calm, polite and empathetic manner throughout the appointment as he detailed all the available options, managing our expectations very clearly regarding the timescale for the nasal fracture manipulation to take place and providing us with all the information we needed to know about the various options so that we could make an informed decision about the anaesthetic options for the procedure. Mr Natt also explained the paediatric restrictions on the hospitals/ENT consultants available to perform this procedure if he is unable to add Rio to his Kings Oak theatre list. We left the appointment feeling calm and reassured that our son's nose will be "fixed" ASAP! We are very impressed with how promptly Mr Natt's clinical letter has been emailed to us recapping all the helpful diagnostic and treatment information that was discussed during our meeting.
