Mr Natt is a charming man. He was very gentle and reassuring. He quickly put my mind at rest, and diagnosed my problem.

Excellent. Really good rapport with my three year old. Nice pre op evaluation. Smooth and rapid booking process for hospital admission and theatre. Royal Free paediatric facilities are good. Post op care excellent - discomfort rather than pain was nicely addressed, reviewed post op on ward and then a few weeks later as out-patient. All good!
