Ramesh Sivaraj couldn’t have been more patient or helpful to me a very nervous patient , he put me at ease from the start , explaining the procedure without talking down to me . I felt very much at ease . He explained at every point what he was going to do and made sure I felt comfortable. On my second eye he understood how worried I was and had the sense to keep quiet while I talked to myself keeping myself calm . At the review he asked how everything was and gave me good advice on how to take care of my eyes as there is some macular degeneration. I wish to express my thanks and gratitude to this lovely man as I don’t think I could have had it done because of my fears .
