I found Mr D'Urso incredibly personable. Whilst I know he treats multiple people with the same condition, I never once felt I was just a number. He made me feel like he really cares about my condition and the impact it is having on my life. He explained the options of a spinal block or operation that were available to me and explained the pros and cons of each procedure. He advised me on what he felt my best option would be, however gave me time to think about my options and chose for myself the procedure I wanted. I chose the spinal block which was carried out just a few days after my consultation. During the procedure he explained what we was doing and constantly checked that I was ok; he checked back with me before I went home to ensure I was feeling ok. He followed up 2 days later by phone to check how I was feeling and if the procedure was helping my condition. A very caring and genuine man. I would highly recommend him.
