The initial consultation was prompt, friendly and open. After an diagnosis for a Basal Cell Carcinoma arrangements were made for treatment at an out-patients clinic to have the lesion excised. Treatment took place on time and both Mr Lim and his staff in the operating suite were first class. As a patient I was kept informed of each and every stage of the procedure by Mr Lim with the operating staff providing continual reassurance. The application of the anesthetic was a little uncomfortable but once it had taken effect the excision was painless. The follow up some eight days later was of a similar vain, with Mr Lim leading by example. Staff were friendly and courteous Mr Lim explaining to staff and I what he was doing in suture removal and what he had done in the operation. The whole experience has been very positive.
