Words cannot convey the respect and faith that I have in Paul as both a colleague and an individual outside of the professional environment. Paul says things how they are - an uncommon and overlooked quality in a day and age where people are far too happy to concede to what they don't believe in. In professional terms, 'to give up' doesn't exist in Paul's vocabulary. His interpersonal skills, charisma and humour combine to ensure that he engenders trust and belief in his clients. He may always have an answer, but one notable thing is that you will never catch Paul tell a lie - that is a fact! More than anyone I have ever worked with, Paul's clients trust him implicitly. How often can you say that? In personal terms, Paul is forever there to offer advice and guidance. He listens, he protects, and he cares. It's just who he is. One thing is for sure - the world would certainly be a better place if there were more people like Paul.
