Mr Patel has the most pleasant manner I’ve ever encountered in a specialist. He never seems to be in a hurry and gives the impression that he is fully focused on providing a full analysis, taking into account a broad spectrum of my personal needs. I enjoy my encounters with him and always feel satisfied with his explanation which often involves a detailed sharing of an X-ray or MRI scan on the computer screen on his desk. I appreciate that his recommendation, when appropriate, is to wait and see before proceeding with an intervention. I have complete trust in his technical ability and motivation.

Absolutely excellent experience, from the first consultation to surgery and aftercare follow up was brilliant, informative and caring, sympathetic to my pain and concerns about surgery.

Following X-rays and MRI scan which he had organised, Dr Patel talked me through the results and his recommendations. He has a very relaxed and approachable manner which makes it easy to talk to him. I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone and have done so already.

He did everything as explained and expected. Its hard to get too enthusiastic about operations but it all seemed to go fine. Perhaps the best endorsement for elective surgery is to say that I'm glad that I did it
