I found Mr Awsare was very genuine, easy to talk to and found him very good at explaining the details around the symptoms of the problem. He arranged for a CT scan and then telephone me to explain in detail what he had found. He explained answers to all my questions and ensured that I knew all the facts.

Dr Awsare was great, respectful, very professional and listened to any concern I had.

A major test of any professional is how he/she performs when things don’t go to plan. In my case I needed further treatment following a TURPS procedure on the same day as the original procedure. Mr Awsare and his team were quite magnificent dealing with the issues arising in a clear calm and expert manner. This all culminated in my requiring further surgery in the early hours of the following morning at the successful conclusion of which Mr Awsare went to the trouble of telephoning my wife to update her. A few a hours later Mr Awsare and his team were back at their clinics/wards/ theatres-including the requisite follow up with me. To say Mr Awsare and his team went the extra mile for me is a huge understatement. I am so very grateful.

Only met him twice for prostate issues but he was unfailingly courteous and patient, explaining all options for exploration/biopsy for possible cancer and then for treatment and potential outcomes. He reassuringly answered all my nervous questions in full, in layman’s language.

Mr Awsare is very personable and friendly while being professional. Always explained things thoroughly giving full confidence.

Mr Awsare is very easy to communicate with and has great knowledge in his field, he also has a good manner at putting you at ease.
