Welcomed us in and extremely nice, communication and explanation to my daughter what was going to happen was well received.

Mr Hall was friendly and explained the situation very well.

He answered the questions we had that were the reason for the appointment. He was good with my 18 month old. He gave advice and was clear.

Mr Hall was very welcoming and also very patient with my son whom has autism. He was able to quickly get the diagnosis done whilst also answering all of the questions from myself and my son. He also ended with a plan for next steps which is really important for us.
