100% would recommend Neil's services as physio to anyone seeking help as a beginner, amateur (like me) or a pro to help out with their issues. Neil has performed a hollistic assesment of my health, life-style and the actual muscle problem I came with. He provided much needed diagnosis for my issue and follow-up exercises to fix it. He is very professional and passionate about his job and sport in general so he is able to give very practical advice from his own experience as a runner anc cyclist. He lead the appointment in very effective and comfortable way.

My physio with Neil has been outstanding every time. I worked with him on rehabilitation after hip replacements and then on a running knee problem. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful and just thoroughly brilliant! His advice and plans work every time.

I am seeing Neil Gallagher for an ACL and Meniscus tear recovery in order to play hockey again. Having had loads of physios in the past for various injuries - Neil Gallagher is comfortably the best physio i've had. He has been incredibly thorough and comprehensive with his sessions, feedback, training plans and aims. Neil has been fantastic in setting very clear data orientated goals that allow me to stay motivated in hitting consistent targets. This has stopped me getting complacent or losing motivation in my rehab. A big thank you to him, it's been fantastic. He's also a really nice guy too!

I had a session with On Form Physio to get advice on a hamstring injury that I picked up whilst during training for a triathlon. Neil was incredibly attentive, assesing both the extent of my injury and the history of when and how it happened. Importantly he was aware of my needs - making an effort to understand what I was aiming to get out of the physio session and how this could be managed based on the outcome of the assessment. The session was conducted in a highly professional manner and Neil offered expert analysis of the injury, clear technical explanations of the "how" and "why" and most importantly provided targeted advice and a comprehensive recovery plan to ensure a steady, full recovery and also to keep me on track to achieve my goal of completing a triathlon. Neil is also very personable and supportive - always happy to answer questions about different aspects of my injury and physio. Overall it was a very insightful and pleasant experience which helped me to achieve my goal - 10/10 service and care!

I had ACL reconstruction last year and have been working with Neil both pre and post surgery. His well planned out sessions and attention to detail, has made the road to recovery enjoyable. I now feel stronger than I did pre ACL injury, and have a much greater awareness of what I need to do to help prevent injury’s/perform at a high level in the future.

I saw Neil following AC joint shoulder surgery and he got me on track quickly. My recovery has exceed expectations. In less than 4 months I’m close to being back to full strength and I’m able to do all my ‘original’ exercises at the gym. My surgeon and I are extremely pleased with the results. I’m grateful for the physio program Neil coached me through every step of the way.
