I saw Mr Patel recently for an extremely painful toe nail. Just 6 months before that I had seen another specialist who treated my nail so I was surprised when I started experiencing pain in the area. I went to see Mr Patel who examined the nail and was able to immediately explain the potential root causes behind the sympoms. He then proceeded to perform a small surgery. He was extremely careful, made sure he explained carefully and in detail everything he was about to do and made me feel very comfortable. I didn't experience any pain or discomfort in the days following thw procedure. Three weeks later, the nail looks great and the pain is completely gone! My only regret is that I didn't go to see Mr Patel 6 months ago when the problem occured for the first time.

Dr Patel uses his time with the patient to explain in simple terms so we understand. His approach is what all health care professionals should mirror. I was lucky to have chosen him randomly from a list. No regrets at all.
